Are your designs original?

Yes, all our products are exclusive and designed by our team of artists. You can purchase them in our official stores Etsy and eBay. If you find any of our designs on another site send us a message because they are probably trying to trick you. Scam sites have proliferated for a long time so, we advise you to ask us if you have any doubts, it is better to prevent.
Remember that only with us you will receive a quality and original product and if you buy it elsewhere we will not take charge!

Shipping

Shipments are made the day after purchase. We try to always have a tracking number but many times in order not to make the product more expensive we must do it by ordinary mail (without tracking). Always check the information on the purchase page for the most up-to-date conditions.

What happens if I receive the poster folded or in bad condition?

No problem, contact us right away and send us a photo of the poster and the packaging and we will help you as soon as possible.

Custom and personalized orders

If you have an idea, let us know and we will try to see if it can be done.

What happens if the product has not arived on schedule?

Contact us as soon as possible to locate the order. We recommend doing it within 15 days of the expected delivery date because otherwise we will not be able to claim the transport company.

How do I use a discount coupon?

Etsy Shop: Put the item in your basket and introduce the coupon in the box with the text "Apply Shop Coupon Codes". If you have any problem, let us know and we will help you!

Cancellations

You have 24 hours after the purchase to cancel the order. Once this time has passed the product is sent to manufacturing and, in some cases, already to the destination. If the item has already been sent or manufactured, we do not accept cancellations of your order.
